The Tiger and the Wolf by Adrian Tchaikovskyīroken Banners by Mark Gelineau and Joe King Here’s the run down of the books I devoured last month: It also featured a book so good it required its own rating! I only managed a respectable eight but every single one of them was fantastic – I expect that there won’t be less than a four star review amongst them! I may have completely ignored my goals of the month but never mind! February was a blast. Join me as I look back on the past month to see which books I’ve read, the reviews I’ve posted, the goals I’ve completed and my all important Book of the Month!įebruary has flown by in a torrent of amazingly bloody, beautiful and brilliant books. Check them out.Welcome to The Monthly Round-Up. So here, I wanted to offer up some costumes specifically for the LITERARY horror lover. When it comes to horror, movies tend to get the lion’s share of representation in the costume department. Leah here at White Sky was kind enough to offer me a spot for a guest blog, and so I thought, in the spirit of the season, I would put forward some fun costume ideas. Our next book, Rend the Dark, coming October 15, is a dark fantasy/horror adventure, perfect for the Halloween season. A Reaper of Stone is a classic, cavalier story. Each of them takes place in the same fantasy world, but there are four different series. We are two long-time friends and the authors of the Echoes of the Ascended series. My name is Mark Gelineau and I, along with my writing partner Joe King, are Gelineau and King. Today we have Mark Gelineau, one of the authors of A Reaper of Stone (see my review a couple of posts back), and he has a fun Top 10 list for us.
